At Birdy Grey, we want your bridal party to look and feel their best. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, or receive a refund back to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or shipment within 7-10 business days.
