How do I ensure I pick the right size for my dress?
We recommend taking your measurements (bust, waist, and hips) and comparing them to our size guide found on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up as it is easier to tailor a dress down than to let it out.
When should I place my order to ensure it arrives before the wedding?
To allow for shipping and potential alterations, we recommend ordering your dress at least 4 months before the big day. For 'Ready to Ship' items, they typically leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes! We highly recommend ordering swatches before committing to a color, as digital screens can display tones differently. Swatches are a great way to see how the fabric looks in different lighting.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed dresses with original tags attached within 45 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and final sale items like swatches and jewelry are non-returnable.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because we work quickly to get your order to you, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order to request any modifications.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout and may include duties and taxes.
